This chess set package includes our Deluxe Staunton in ebonized boxwood and boxwood with our Macassar and Maple Chess Board and matching Macassar Chess Box. The black and burnt sienna colors of the macassar chess board both blend and contrast beautifully with the ebonized and natural boxwood chess pieces. The macassar chess box is the perfect compliment to this package and one of the few matching board and box combinations you will find! Our Deluxe Staunton is modeled after a design that was was once sold by the prestigious Jaques of London. The knight makes this chess set with its simplistic yet elegant design. The other pieces are of equal stature with an elegant broad base design that allows triple weighting. An excellent chess set for club tournament play.
